The Women Mean Business Conference aims to help you stay focused, develop and execute a business plan, instil self-belief and confidence in a positive, supportive environment.
Since the first Women Mean Business Conference back in 2015 and every year since, the team at Network She want to help women face their business barriers head on in a safe, informal and fun environment.

Steph Jeavons has ridden across the Atlas mountains and in the Sahara five times. She has crossed the US coast-to-coast four times, got muddy in Wales with names like John McGuinness and, just once, nearly punched Carl Fogarty in the face! Steph also worked with Nick Sanders setting up his expedition centre in Machynlleth.
She left all this excitement behind to pursue her dream of riding her motorcycle to all seven continents setting off from the Ace Café Londodn in 2014 – solo!
Sue Tonks is an acclaimed International Key Note Speaker. Her Key Note Presentation: ”Rollercoaster’s, Roundabouts and Roulette” has thrilled audiences with its humour, realism and honesty. Sue’s unmistakable style gives the audience a practical insight into how they can create change in their business. She motivates and inspires her audience to make things happen in their personal lives and in business. Indeed, it is a presentation not to be missed!!
Singer-songwriter Tesni Jones is known as ‘Little Miss Big Voice.’ The Voice UK 2018 saw Tesni smash her way onto Team Jennifer Hudson with ACDC’s classic ‘Highway to Hell’ and as the episodes continue Tesni is excited to perform live.
Having started her singing career at the age of 14 Tesni has enjoyed a successful career so far, working with the likes of Sir Tom Jones, Gary Barlow, Bryan Adams and most recently American superstar Jenifer Hudson. The winner of ‘Song for Wales’ in 2011, Tesni went onto perform worldwide with Disney and has provided backing vocals for several artists, such as Peter Kay, Curiosity Killed the cat and Craig David.
Independent Freelance Photographer and Entrepreneur Sharon Latham’s photographic work has appeared in magazines newspapers and digital media around the world. Along with her printed media portfolio, Sharon’s images regularly feature on TV with Sky, BBC and ITV and several individual documentaries on her work have been produced. Sharon also has two hardback photography books and three highly acclaimed exhibitions to her name.
Her current venture with business partner and England goalkeeper Joe Hart, “The Selfie Guide” is a brand new mobile app that shows holiday makers and travellers how to find amazing travel destinations and take the optimum selfie/photograph when at the location.
Helen Williams has worked for Merseyside Police for 10 years. She joined the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (Titan) in May 2014 as Protect Officer. She works alongside officers in the regional cyber-crime unit who investigate malware, network intrusion and denial of service attacks.
Her role is to help businesses and the community in the North West, by providing information about the latest cyber threats, advice on how to protect your data, information and online assets and free resources to help you stay safe online.
