Risc IT Solutions in Llandudno has seen a 20% rise in turnover and is now looking to expand further.
A leading IT firm – that saw a management buy-out in 2012 – is thriving with turnover and staff increasing.
After stabilising the business they are now flourishing – with a special emphasis now on raising their profile in Wales.
Managing director Jeremy Keane said: “We stabilised the business after the MBO, we had to manage the process of coming out of the group and making people understand we were an independent company and masters of our own destiny.
“The first few months were all about planning and doing a soft rebrand and also sorting through the solutions we offered and the partners we worked with.”
That was the turnaround phase and now in 2014/15 it has been a story of growth – with a 20% increase in revenue. He said: “The plan we implemented was a good plan and we now hope to stay on the growth curve.
