Llandudno guest house, Adcote House, has picked up three top awards from major travel companies in recognition of its service to visitors. This week, leading booking company Hotels.com gave Adcote House a Loved By Guests Gold Award for achieving 5 out of 5 in guest ratings and reviews.
This comes hot on the heels of TripAdvisor awarding Adcote House a Certificate of Excellence for customer service reviews, and HotelsCombined awarding a Recognition of Excellence for achieving 10 out of 10 in guest reviews – putting it in the top 5% of UK accommodation providers for customer satisfaction.
Johan Svanstrom, President of Hotels.com, said the Loved By Guests Gold Award “honours businesses that consistently earn top ratings from Hotels.com guests and with a rating of 5.0 out of 5.0, Adcote House deserves a place among the very best!”
HotelsCombined explained they gathered data from millions of guest reviews, and translated them to an official Recognition of Excellence based on a strict set of criteria.
“Properties have to be rated 9.0/10 or over with a minimum of 50 customer reviews certified by HotelsCombined without any major customer service problems, nor recurring or unresolved issues. Adcote House boasts a high satisfaction rating among guests and travel industry experts, receiving 773 reviews for an impressive rating of 10.0 out of 10.”
Adcote House owners Diane and Michael Dean said they were extremely proud to have received the awards.
“We know our guests, whether they are from the UK or overseas, love Llandudno and the surrounding area, and we endeavour to provide them with an experience that makes their stay as enjoyable as possible. Whether it’s our local produce breakfasts or the individual attention we try to give every guest, we’re so pleased that so many of our visitors seem to like what we do.”
Adcote House, located in Deganwy Avenue in Llandudno, is graded 4 stars by Visit Wales, and offers accommodation exclusively for adults in a range of bedrooms and suites.
