Lime Advisory, a Cardiff-based finance boutique, has this week announced details of its relocation, moving from The Maltings on the fringes of the city to the iconic Capital Tower building in the heart of Cardiff’s city centre.

The business, which was founded by commercial finance specialist Tom O’Brien in 2017, finds itself in an exciting period of expansion, having built out its client portfolio substantially in the last quarter.

Supporting businesses with advice and access to financial products during the pandemic, Lime Advisory is helping its clients navigate themselves through these challenging times, putting pillars in place to not only stabilise clients but help them grow.

As well as giving the business more room and a central location, this move is about creating a space in keeping with Lime Advisory's growth plans, vision and ethos.

Tom O’Brien, Founder and Director of Lime Advisory, said:

“When reviewing our office requirements, we felt the business would benefit from a central Cardiff location. During lockdown, we have taken the view that we still need an office albeit with flexibility. We wish to create a hybrid culture of flexibility and a work from home solution to allow us to attract the best staff and create a winning culture! We feel relocating to Capital Tower will allow us to do this.”
