National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been named Wales’ Most Active Agent for 2019 in the EGi Deals Awards, a national accolade it has won nine times.

Organised by the property industry’s leading trade publication Estates Gazette, which monitors transactions throughout the UK, the competition recognises the company striking the most deals over a 12-month period.

The figures are based on full transaction volumes across various property types –  office, industrial, retail, leisure and investment, with LSH scooping the overall title.

LSH was ranked first for eight consecutive years up to 2015 and has regained the lead position this year which says Head of LSH Wales, Lee Mogridge, is testament to the hard work and commitment of its 24 staff.
