Jones Hargreaves Makes Five Promotions in Cardiff and Bristol


Independent commercial building surveying, project and sustainability consultancy Jones Hargreaves has made five promotions across its Cardiff and Bristol offices.

In Cardiff, Sarah Hazell and Huw Davies, who joined Jones Hargreaves in 2020 and 2022 respectively, have been promoted to Partner. Sarah leads the Jones Hargreaves operations in Wales and the South West, and Huw is Head of ESG and Sustainability nationally.

Within Jones Hargreaves’ in-house ESG and sustainability team, Cardiff-based Harry Beresford and Bristol-based Parsa Hemmat have been promoted to Senior Consultant and Consultant respectively. Created in 2022, the ESG and sustainability team scrutinise potential acquisitions, improve the management of existing portfolios and advise on improving energy and carbon performance.

Joe Way has been promoted from Senior Surveyor to Associate in Bristol, having been with the business for four years.

The firm has reported a strong start to 2025 with a year-on-year turnover uplift of 40% for the first three months of the year. Instructions in the last 12 months have increased by 25% and, in response to demand, the fast-growing firm has increased headcount by 30% across its London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow and Cardiff offices.
