Architecture flies high in QS World University Rankings
Architecture at Cardiff University ranks amongst the world's best, according to a recent international league table.
The 2015 QS World University Rankings by Subject reveals the top 200 universities in the world for 30 different disciplines. Architecture is ranked 29th, making it the highest-ranking Cardiff University subject.
Only two other UK universities feature in the top 30 – UCL and Cambridge.
Head of School, Professor Chris Tweed said:
I am delighted by this result. It recognises and rewards the hard work by all the staff and students at the Welsh School of Architecture. It is especially gratifying to know the ranking is based on our reputation among both academics and employers as well as on the quality of our research.
