Growth Forecast for Pinnacle Document Solutions Ltd with the Purchase of Fast Technology (London) Ltd


Pinnacle Document Solutions Ltd one of the UK’s leading Print and IT solutions providers is delighted to announce the acquisition of Fast Technology (London) Ltd

This is the first addition to the group which comes on the back of a successful management buyout of Pinnacle Office Equipment Ltd by Managing Director Clive Hamilton in April 2015.

The Companies Pinnacle Office Equipment Ltd established in 1989 has become a leading provider of Print and IT Solutions across Wales, the South West, M4 and M5 corridors. A Xerox Mono Brand Premier Partner and accredited Managed Print Services provider, qualified Microsoft and VMWare technology partners we support blue chip, corporate and SMB’s, as well as education and public sector along with Not for Profits organisation’s globally from our offices in Cardiff, Exeter and now Watford.

Fast Technology (London) Ltd established in 1986 in Watford has grown into a multi-vendor print/copy solution provider, with consumable and professional services to support their clients across the UK particularly in the retail sector.

Pinnacle MD Mr. Hamilton says

Pinnacle was advised by Gambit Corporate Finance LLP and Capital Law. Geraint Rowe of Gambit said
