Executive asked to back new Haulfre investment

Anglesey’s Executive will be asked to approve a new £168,000 funding commitment for Haulfre Residential Home later this month.

Fresh investment would safeguard the future of the Llangoed care home for at least the next two years, as efforts to establish new Extra Care facility in the area intensify.

Executive members will also be asked to support giving the Haulfre site “full and appropriate consideration” as one potential location for an Extra Care facility covering South Anglesey, during its meeting on Monday, October 19th.
