Franklin Fitch is launching a Cardiff office to provide specialist IT recruitment for companies across the Welsh business community. It begins a new chapter for the consultancy which has existing offices in Frankfurt, Vienna and London.  Franklin Fitch has ambitious plans, and this is further evidence of their intention to become a global niche provider of IT infrastructure recruitment.

Founded by David Annable, the company is one of Europe’s market leading Network, Systems and Security infrastructure recruitment consultancies.  The Cardiff office will be spearheaded by Lewis Andrews, a Cardiff local, who has over 10 years’ experience within IT and financial services recruitment.  From the office in the Brunel building, the team will focus on expanding the existing client portfolio and forging new partnerships within the geography.

Mr Annable said:

“Establishing a strategic stronghold in Cardiff has long been a part of our expansion plan, it’s a fantastic time for investment especially with the rapidly changing technology landscape in Wales. We understand the growing pressure our clients face when acquiring and retaining IT talent, and our consultants provides a true competitive advantage within a fierce marketplace. Initiatives such as the National Software Academy at Cardiff University certainly provide inroads when nurturing the next generation of IT specialists. Over the last 7 years we’ve built our market knowledge in the UK and DACH regions, now able to become trusted advisors, and we pride ourselves on a transparent, open and consultative approach with both clients and candidates alike.”

“We will continue to grow our business in Wales, expand our client partnerships and hope to support the long-term development of the Welsh economy.”
