Mark is a passionate Welshman and Business Journalist originating from Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.
With over 25 years’ experience in the communications and publishing sector. Mark has very strong business ethics, built on transparency and trust and enjoys close working relationships with all his clients and partners.

PODCAST HOST & ADVISOR
Carwyn was First Minister of Wales from 2009 to 2018. Born in Swansea, he was raised in Bridgend.
He now works in higher education, business and media with various public speaking engagements.

gemma casey
HEAD OF EDITORIAL
Gemma is a journalist who has worked across local newspapers, for national news agency PA Media and for BBC Wales TV and radio news and current affairs. She also led a pilot project in hyperlocal digital media in the South Wales Valleys.
Gemma has also managed regional PR for a high street bank and led on its support programmes for SMEs, with a particular focus on initiatives for women in business and ethnic minority entrepreneurs.

TERIANNE O'SULLIVAN
HEAD OF CONTENT
Terianne enjoys over ten years of experience in the field of customer service and business development. Liaising with clients of various sectors, Terianne helps clients to plan, build and launch a wide range of event promotion campaigns.
Working closely with the Editorial team, Terianne supports our overall vision to showcase the best events, businesses and individuals in the Welsh business community.

RACHEL JONES
HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Rachel has been working specifically within the digital marketing space and has worked with some of the country’s top brands. Drawing on her knowledge and experience, Rachel has developed a genuine understanding of how content can engage and compel an audience.
Rachel also specialises in website design and development using Wordpress and HTML5, multi-media editing and Adobe creative design for web and print.

With over 20 years of experience, Sophie Jordan is a commercial photographer based in Wales, working with clients across the UK. Drawing on a strong background in sales, marketing, and agency collaboration, she creates compelling visual stories that bring brands, people, and products to life.
Sophie has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors, including corporate, education, public and government services, media, charities, sport, and the creative industries.

NATALIE JAMES
HEAD OF CLIENTS
With a background in the media advertising industry, Natalie oversees client relationships and future recruitment and staff retention.
Natalie has 17 years’ experience in nurturing team relationships and operational support within management. She has a keen eye for building and maintaining great cultures within businesses, understanding the importance of people as the backbone of any company.

GRAHAM DAVIES
HEAD OF DIGITAL
Graham had a background in Government service and with government agencies prior to starting his own freelance design agency. He specialises in website design and development using primarily the Wordpress content management system, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and HTML5. With a formal graphic design training he also provides expertise in creative design for interactive applications, displays and print.
