Chwarae Teg announce the launch of the FairPlay Employer; Women’s Career Development Programme.

This programme offers the opportunity to not only develop your female staff in a professional capacity, but ensures that they address personal development too.

This exciting opportunity is open to any woman in Wales – public, third and private sector applications are welcome and advised to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Applications for February 2020 are open, and there are only 18 spaces available. To secure spaces on the programme, and achieve an ILM level 2 in Leadership and Management, sign up before 20 January 2020.
