Young Person’s Start Up Grant – Is it for me?
Are you under 25 and considering starting your own business? You could be eligible for the Young Person’s Start Up Grant!
This grant offers up to £2,000 to help individuals start a business in Wales. Successful applicants will receive one-to-one support from a dedicated business adviser, as well as webinars to build confidence in business practices and guidance in developing a business plan. The grant could be used to pay for the costs of starting a business, such as marketing, legal advice, training, or equipment.
You could be eligible if you are:
Under 25; and,
Under 25; and,
Not in education, training, employment; or,
Currently working part time (under 16 hours) and intend to become full time self-employed; or,
Still in education but intend to be self-employed within 3 months of completing your course.
