As well as eagerly leading the WINS Cardiff Hub, Tanya runs Future Clarity, a consultancy providing support for people and organisations who want to place sustainability at the heart of their work. After nearly 30 years working in the public and third sectors in Wales, Tanya now offers coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation to help people overcome barriers and develop themselves, their people, and their organisations so they can make a difference for a more sustainable and zero carbon future.
