
Organic Horticulture Production in Practice
The morning will consist of a tour of the 20 acre site. The site shows field-scale vegetable production, agroforestry and peat-free composting production to name just a few. Indoor sessions in the afternoon will allow for time to explore the concept of carbon footprinting and how this is implemented at Tolhurst Organic, followed by a Q&A session with Iain Tolhurst himself.
