ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre will be joined by a number of industry partners to showcase 2023 trends in bakery.

The event is taking place at the All Nations Centre and we will be joined by a number of key industry partners to showcase the latest 2023 trends in bakery.

Registration will open at 10.00am with a prompt start at 10.30am. There will be a light lunch at 1-2pm, and presentations during the day from our industry partners. The event will close at 4.30pm.

This is a unique opportunity for the baking sector in Wales to network with the following regional, national and international ingredient suppliers and equipment manufacturers:

You will also hear from award-winning, Cardiff Metropolitan University Food Science and Technology graduate, Nishitha Kannan about her student experience and recent success at the Baking Industry Awards 2022.

The event is taking place at the All Nations Centre in Cardiff. There is plenty of free parking available on site which can either be accessed straight from the A48 slip road into Cardiff or via Sachville Avenue.

This is a free event aimed at Welsh food and drink businesses of all sizes, including start-ups and is also suitable for students to attend.
