Estate agent Daniel Matthew is expanding with the acquisition of Barry-based Park Estates and Lettings.

Established by Directors Hashim and Sonia Bostany in 2017, Park Estates and Lettings has a portfolio of rental and sales properties in Barry. The sale to Daniel Matthew allows the Bostany’s to pursue other business interests.

Based at 14 High Street in Barry, Park Estates and Lettings will become part of the Daniel Matthew Group which was established by Managing Director Laura Northover in 2015. With a rental book of 200 and sales of over 160 properties a year, Daniel Matthew has offices in Bridgend and Barry. The Barry team will now relocate to 14 High Street.
