Jacob’s Boutique XO, a clothing workshop and studio, has expanded into new premises in Springvale Industrial Estate, Cwmbran thanks to growing demand for their local handmade clothing range and online store.
Business Owner and Fashion Entrepreneur Rhiannon Lewis created the bespoke clothing range which she has operated from her home studio in Cwmbran since 2019 and has quickly outgrown the space thanks to a rapid growth in online sales.
Due to expansion, Rhiannon has also employed a member of staff to help with the manufacturing and order fulfilment of the business which has enabled her to further develop the business and offer additional products and services.
Offering exclusive, handmade garments, the clothing studio is able to create truly unique clothing for the whole family. The fabrics provide alternative fashion and captivating designs for Baby and Toddler clothing, along with alternative collections for kids and adults.
Rhiannon shared her excitement for the new business premises, saying,
“We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to expand our range of products and services which now includes vinyl printing, embroidery and branded workwear.”
“All of our pieces are handmade to order in Wales, and the new facility will aid in our international fulfilments as we continue to receive orders from outside of the UK.”
Future plans for the business include hosting regular workshops at the new premises, where groups and individuals will be able to learn the techniques and skills required to create their own handmade design pieces. The workshops include craft sessions, wreath making and upcycling of clothes that lack love and excitement.
Rhiannon continued,
“The increase in space with the new studio will allow us to host larger group workshops, sharing our knowledge and skills with the local residents, businesses and hobbyists.”
