Cardiff-based online booking specialist, thinkBooker, has been appointed by corporate venue hire company London Meeting Rooms, to provide an online booking system and website.
Offering a range of locations across the capital city, London Meeting Rooms operate in the corporate venue hire sector, and offer temporary office and meeting space for a variety of well-known companies and organisations from both the public and private sector.
The project forms part of a new strategy for London Meeting Rooms as they seek further expansion into 2018 and beyond, establishing themselves as one of the foremost meeting room brands operating within London. A new website will also be designed by thinkBooker, which will incorporate the booking system and will feature the new brand identity which has also been designed by thinkBooker’s design team. The booking system will allow London Meeting Rooms’ clients to book and pay for the room they require quickly and easily online, on any device.
A product of Cardiff based web development and technology company UpriseVSI, the thinkBooker system won ‘Best Emerging Technology’ at the 2017 Wales Online Digital Awards. It is used by a wide variety of clients across many different sectors including the Welsh Rugby Union, Jacksonville Jaguars, Aston Martin Owners Club, Cardiff Airport and Browns Fashion, one of London most well-known luxury fashion stores.
The system provides an efficient, versatile and simple booking journey, as well as an effective back-office booking management solution, which delivers improvements to both customer experience and productivity by reducing manual admin tasks and automating customer communication. The thinkBooker system will be integrated into the new, fully-responsive London Meeting Rooms website and is scheduled to launch in early 2018.
