The contract has seen the firm re-cable Sony’s manufacturing plant in Pencoed with more than three kilometres of OM4 fibre optic backbone cabling and 17 kilometres of copper cabling.
It creates data and computer network solutions – whether wired, wireless of fibre optic – and offers up design, installation and fault finding services. Since being founded in 2009, it’s worked with the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors right across the UK.
David Morgan, IT manager at Sony UK Technology Centre, said:
“We were in need of some substantial re-cabling as some of our infrastructure was twenty five years old. We were also operating at full capacity, which meant we were restricted in terms of future growth.
