Following the big reveal of the BizSpace Cardiff Business Centre on the 29th March 2018, we thought it was time to introduce to you our Business Centre Manager Sharon
Williams. Born and bred in Cardiff, Sharon has a great knowledge of the area, along with 7 years’ experience as centre manager and strong customer service skills. We interviewed Sharon to learn more about her and her hopes for the future of Trafalgar House.
As a true Cardiffian, how will Trafalgar house benefit the area and community?
Firstly, Cardiff has a growing SME market, which shows no signs of slowing down, however the city is lacking in good-quality flexible workspace. With so many older office buildings having been converted into either student housing or other residential properties, smaller businesses are finding it difficult to find the right office space. Secondly, our aim is to support new or established SME’s, so I would like to create a network of business support for our customers. I want the centre to act as a thriving community hub, rather than just a space whose sole focus is to make sure the rent gets paid.
What skills do you bring to Trafalgar House?
I have worked as a centre manager for seven years so I am able to use my past experience to deal with most situations and be able to help advise my customers. I am very passionate about customer service and I want to make sure our clients receive the best service possible. I also have great people skills so I am able to build strong tenant relationships along with providing great communication to enable an efficient running of the centre.

Friendly, loyal and helpful.
What are your hopes for the future of Trafalgar house, Cardiff?
My vision for Trafalgar House is to continue to build a supportive hub for the local business community in Cardiff and surrounding areas. We have developed the centre to match the needs of small businesses and SMES, so with the facilities we are offering, I want to give SMES and small businesses the opportunity to flourish in an environment where they are happy. Whether it’s their start-up office or expanding into a larger space, I want them to be comfortable so they can fully concentrate on making their business a success. In time, my aim will be to have a centre with high occupancy, a strong community and BizSpace will be established in Cardiff.
Trafalgar House will be opening its doors to start letting on the 10th September 2018. Sharon will be happy to speak with anyone who is looking for offices to rent in Cardiff. We are so excited about the future of Trafalgar House and believe Sharon will help to drive our new Cardiff business centre to be a huge success.
