Blake Morgan Welcomes New Legal Director to Commercial Property Team

Leading law firm Blake Morgan has announced the appointment of a new Legal Director to its fast-growing Real Estate team in Cardiff.

Charlotte Whitehead, who has significant expertise in advising on major commercial property transactions, takes up her new role with the firm immediately.

Charlotte, who brings a wealth of experience in acquisitions and disposals, leases, real estate financing and development work, joins Blake Morgan from another Cardiff-based law firm where she spent 13 years after graduating in law and studying the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.

Charlotte has previously acted for a variety of private and public sector clients including individuals, charitable bodies and local, national and international companies. She has extensive experience in the healthcare sector and acts for borrower and lender clients, including both national and regional banks and financial institutions, on development, acquisition and investment facilities.
