Swansea estate and lettings agency, Belvoir, has acquired The Greenroom’s 50-strong, managed properties portfolio.
This acquisition will see the Belvoir lettings portfolio grow to over 1000 properties across their three offices in Mumbles, Sketty, and Swansea. The acquisition reflects Belvoir’s strategic vision for growth in Swansea, where it has been serving landlords, contract holders, and the broader community since 2010.
The Greenroom portfolio adds to Belvoir’s robust selection of managed properties, increasing options for contract holders and ensuring a seamless transition of service for existing clients of The Greenroom, it said.
