Bellway Wales Retain Coveted Five-Star Housebuilder Status

Bellway has once again been announced as a five-star housebuilder with the Home Builders Federation [HBF].

The accolade means that over 90 per cent of Bellway’s buyers who filled out the HBF’s National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey would recommend the housebuilder to a friend.

The five-star status is much sought after in the construction industry and places Bellway among the elite in the UK’s housebuilding world.

Billie Oaten, Sales Director for Bellway Wales, said:

“Retaining our five-star status is a matter of immense pride for us, as it shows that Bellway truly is a name you can trust.

“There is a huge demand for new homes which means that we are maintaining our high standards against a backdrop of unprecedented growth. Even though we are building more homes than ever, it is vital that we are proving ourselves to be a sure bet. At Bellway we build homes that families want to live and grow in, for many years to come.

“Retaining our five-star status has certainly been a team effort, and every single person at Bellway has played their part, so we’d like to say thank you to our wonderful staff.

“We know that we build a reliable yet beautiful home, but we’re not expecting people to take our word for it. We’d like to invite everyone to visit their nearest Bellway development and see exactly why we’ve been rated a five-star builder, for themselves.”

The HBF star rating has become the leading indicator for success in the new homes industry since it was introduced in 2005. 4,610 people completed the survey to rate Bellway this year, resulting in the housebuilder’s retention of its five-star status.

Bellway Wales, which has its head office in Cardiff, is currently building new homes across South Wales and Gloucestershire.
