The RLA is the leading voice for landlords in England and Wales. The name back to 1998 but their roots and experience go back decades to make us the UK’s first national landlord association.
Owned and trusted by their members, they represent over 22,000 landlords with a combined portfolio of more than quarter of a million properties.
Their strength, reputation, experience and professionalism means that, as a member of this most effective campaigning organisation, your voice gets heard.
They carry out training of landlords and represent landlords to both national and local government including Westminster and Cardiff Bay. They believe that landlords should provide safe and secure homes but allow landlords to save for their own and their family’s future. Whilst they acknowledge improvements and legislation is required unnecessary and poor legislation will simply result in poor housing and people unable to invest in their own future.
If you want to learn more about your rights and responsibilities as a landlord or want an organisation that represents you as a landlord then supporting the RLA is a step in the right direction.
