Macbryde Homes today confirmed that its plans to bring 61 much needed, quality new homes for first time buyers, young professionals and families to Dyserth had been approved by Denbighshire County Council.  Work on site, which is located off Meliden Road, will commence early this coming summer.

Speaking on the vital contribution that this development will bring to the village, Managing Director of Macbryde Homes, Gwyn Jones, comments:

“The need for high quality housing that local people can afford is acute in this area.  Dyserth hasn’t benefitted from a development of this kind in far too many years and we’re delighted to now be able to move our plans forward to address this.”

The homes will be comprised of a mix of two and three-bedroom semi-detached homes and three and four-bedroom detached dwellings.  All will be two storeys high with parking for between two and four, depending on the size of the property.

Gwyn Jones continues:

“The genuine local need for housing of this type is clear and we will ensure that the homes both complement and enhance the local environment, allowing families to build their futures in this important area of North Wales.”

Macbryde’s announcement on its Dyserth plans, comes soon after its acquisition of another site in Rhuddlan and as Gwyn Jones concludes, underpins the firm’s ambitious growth plans:

“We are focused on achieving at least one sales outlet in each of the North Wales local authorities and have worked hard to develop a positive relationship with the local authority in Denbighshire.  2019 is set to be an exciting year for Macbryde Homes.”
