Agents Appointed to Market Cardiff’s Tagomago Business Park

Regional property developer, DaisyVale has appointed agents Cushman & Wakefield, Jenkins Best and Savills to market Tagomago Business Park in Cardiff.

DaisyVale acquired the Park, formerly known as Edward House Business Centre, in July 2019.

The estate comprises 33,700 sq ft of high-quality warehousing and office accommodation in a business park environment, close to Ocean Way, just one mile to the south of Cardiff city centre.

DaisyVale is imminently due to submit a planning application for a further 8,000 sq ft of brand new detached warehousing at the rear of the site.

The three agents will be marketing a range of high quality office accommodation including 8,768 sq ft at Edward House and 873 sq ft at the Gatehouse building, together with warehouse accommodation of 5,296 sq ft and 11,189 sq ft.

Chris Yates, Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial team in Cardiff, said:

“We are delighted to have been appointed to market Tagomago Business Park. The estate offers a well-managed business environment, with excellent transport links to the city centre, as well as good parking provision. Given the well documented shortage of good quality industrial stock in particular, in close proximity to Cardiff city centre, we anticipate strong demand from the market in both the new and existing accommodation.”

Gary Carver, Director in Savills’ National offices team in Cardiff added:

“The two office buildings provide occupiers with an ideal opportunity to have high quality, self-contained office accommodation with excellent car parking a short distance from the city centre. The offices are available on flexible terms.”

Henry Best, Director at Jenkins Best added:

“The Business Park also offers scope for further development of new industrial / warehouse / office accommodation – the client has worked with occupiers previously to provide bespoke buildings – including NSPCC, Princes Trust, Kuehne + Nagel, and Subway. They are happy to consider all types of commercial property requirements, including on flexible lease terms.”
