Welcome to the best independent networking monthly meet-up for property enthusiasts in the Principality.

We discuss all things property but this isn't a traditional networking event. There are no sales pitches or “upsells” – it's just a relaxed, friendly and informal atmosphere, sharing knowledge and experience, motivating and advising each other. Our aim is to help the property investment community to be fully informed as to the changes in the market place, from as early as possible. From complete beginners to experienced developers, all are welcome. Join us in the Holiday Inn.

( Note that until December 2018 we were part of the Property Hub meet-up network. This network has been scaled back, but attendees agreed to continue meeting at the same time and place ).

The excellent news is that our networking meeting grows from strength to strength, increasing in numbers month-on-month.

Why so successful ? I think it’s because people are connecting with people, and that just makes the journey easier. The camaraderie is all encompassing regardless of skill or experience level, and the advice from experienced people is just first class !

So, what’s the bad news ? Well, due to our growth we need to start using a more private meeting area, and so we have to levi a small charge to cover the room & equipment hire costs. Prices can be seen with ticket registration
