Description

Managing Products in Changing Times

The uncertain and increasingly complex world in which we live no longer supports long-term planning. Instead, a focus on shorter-term goals and the ability to adapt to the volatile external environment are approaches that are needed more than ever. To successfully deliver change in the modern world requires a knowledge and adoption of agile approaches to project management.

This breakfast briefing will look at the external factors that are driving today’s ever-changing landscape. It will offer an insight into the value of short-term planning, some agile project delivery techniques and how to adapt an agile mind-set as a way of management. Perspectives from both academia and the business world will provide you with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities resulting from the current state of play.
