If so, please join our focus group event which you can attend in person or join on video via online link.

Crime committed against smaller businesses is often not taken seriously enough by the authorities.

Yet, crime against smaller firms is widespread. It costs smaller firms a lot of money and can lead to many other negative consequences for businesses and local communities.

In order to get the police and Government to take it more seriously, FSB needs detailed evidence about the impact crime has on individual business owners, employees of smaller firms and the businesses themselves. We need to make the Government and police understand the experiences of business owners.

This focus group is an important way of getting the additional detailed evidence that will enable FSB to make the case about the importance and impact of business crime and why it should be prioritised.

The evidence collected from the focus group will form part of the evidence we relay to Government and police. The findings of the focus group will therefore directly influence the messages we present to government on members' behalf.
