Big Ideas Wales helps young people in Wales who want a start a business and encourages entrepreneurial skills within all young people so that they can use those skills in whatever career they may choose. Big Ideas Wales is managed by the Youth Entrepreneurship Team within Welsh Government.

Our events are free and open to any young person aged 16-25. Please note that numbers are limited and we expect demand for places to be high so we advise you to book early to secure a space.

IPSE, the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed and Big Ideas Wales would like to invite you to join us for our Freelance Start Up event in Wales.

This completely FREE of charge event, is part of a series of events designed to provide individuals, from all industries, with top tips and advice on how to successfully launch a career as a freelancer.

Secure your place now to enjoy 2 sessions of keynote speakers, join in a practical workshop, as well as hear from our panel of successful freelancers who will share their journey, challenges and successes. You will also have the opportunity to speak to a business advisor about how to progress to start up.

The event kicks off at 5pm and will conclude with refreshments and pizza!
