Description
“If I had asked people what they had wanted, they would have said a faster horse.”
That’s the quote attributed to Henry Ford when asked if he believed in asking customers what they wanted.
Successful innovation is a blend of listening to your customers and responding to their issues, and solving problems they didn’t even know they had, or in a way they would never have thought possible.
But how do you achieve the right blend of speculative innovation and reaction to your customers? How do you identify the right time to innovate?
Gino Brancazio is Entrepreneur Engagement Manager for Wales with Tech Nation, the UK network for ambitious tech entrepreneurs. In this workshop Gino will discuss his own experiences of working in a tech start-up and give you tools and techniques to map your own innovation journey.
