Working together with no internal barriers, employers and employees must create the right environment that inspires everyone in the business to do their very best and deliver performance in line with the values that underpin the company culture.

Sales is all about people and the sessions will explore the emotional experience and the essential human characteristics needed to be successful. Building the pipeline, simple but effective sales techniques, the right type of questioning, structured presentations and how to close effectively are just some of the topics covered in this one day master class.

We will discuss the sales structure in detail and the processes that keep the business on track and why they are an important part of any organisation’s success. We also explore leadership; having the right leaders in place that inspire their people to live and breathe the visions and values of the company and keep the culture of the organisation at the forefront of everyone's minds.

What motivates salespeople? We look at what works and what doesn't, and we discuss sales techniques that cut through, including dynamic presentations that sell and inspired leadership that drives great performance.

At the end of the workshop each delegate will have a good understanding of the key areas in successful selling, and an appreciation of the need for leadership, the importance of culture & values and finally the methodology to deliver brilliant presentations that generate more sales.
