In fact, a study commissioned by Foresters Financial suggested that, when faced with a choice between two companies that offered products and services for the same price, 82% of consumers said their decision would be affected by whether a company engaged with charities and its local community.
Meanwhile, encouraging staff to support charity can help foster employee satisfaction as you give them the time and opportunity to help a favoured cause – something they may struggle otherwise to fit into their busy lives.
