8.00pm How To Build A Business – Rayner Davies

I started as a small ironing service from home, back in 2008. Through hard work and enterprise, the business expanded into providing domestic and commercial cleaning services.

In 2010, I joined forces with my husband, Ashley Davies, who had an extensive background in financial services – and so A&R Cleaning Services was born.

As the client base expanded into commercial work, A&R became known for their personable, family-run approach, professional standards and a passion for the cleaning industry. Clients say that passion makes us different from the large corporates, and we’ve kept that ethos with us as we’ve grown.

” I’m very excited to share my experience of how from very humble beginnings I established an award winning family run business from home and how I built that business into a business that is now heading towards a £2M turnover, employing 190 staff”
