Description
Workshop prepared by Graham Morgan of Business Doctors and Louise Matthews from Technical Marketing & PR – a specialist marketing team based near Cardiff.
Whilst 2018 has been synonymous with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) it is one of a number of regulations Business Owners need to have sight on when they go about planning their marketing activity. We are still awaiting the delayed release of the e-privacy Regulation and that will have an impact of what you should and should not be doing when wooing customers. Alongside PECR, TPS and CTPS can all influence the approach you take.
This Workshop will give delegates a balanced view of the areas they can work in to generate business from new and existing customers in both B2C and B2B markets without getting tripped up by regulation. This will be increasingly important as more and more individuals start to challenge inappropriate and unsolicited contact.
Delegates will benefit from:
- Interactive powerpoint presentation.
- Individual Workbook to capture key thoughts and considerations.
- Current regulation Summary with update links
- Certificate of Attendance.
