Mark has been a member of the ISM for almost 40 years, Fellow (FISM) for the last 10, and is the Chair of ISM Wales. Based in the Welsh capital, he commenced his career with a National organisation as part of their management team, graduating with an MEng, Mark has extensive experience in working all over the globe most notably in UK, France, Germany, Holland and America.
For the last nine years, Mark has been MD of Business Step Up, business experts, working nationally with a network of associates offering strategic and tactical support to ‘fast track’ companies for growth and profit. Known as the Industry Guru, Mark has increased businesses T/O by 40% and in excess of 2.8 Million per annum with influencing management and sales teams to succeed. Mark is proud to be Chair for Wales, to influence, achieve recognition and offer development for all new and existing members of the ISM in Wales.
