This course provides you with valuable knowledge on using agents and distributors abroad. It examines the different roles of an agent and a distributor, how this varies around the world, and when and where the use of each would be appropriate.
The course will also discuss methods of finding, appointing, and motivating agents and distributors and examines the relevant aspects of EU Law of Agency. The course will also highlight the potential costs of getting it wrong and best practice to avoid these errors.
