The Wales Health at Work Summit 2019 is a free, interactive day of lectures and workshops. At this important national networking event you will get the chance to hear directly from the Welsh Government, HSE, industry experts and worker representatives, about the current and future workplace health and wellbeing issues affecting you.
Stakeholders will be encouraged to share your experiences with others who are making a real difference to the health and wellbeing of the people of Wales.
Key speakers include Ken Skates AM, Minister for Economy and Transport, and Sarah Albon, HSE’s new Chief Executive (from 1st September). The Summit will be chaired by Tracey Cooper, Chief Executive of Public Health Wales.
Main themes include ‘Stress and mental wellbeing in the workplace’ and ‘Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)’, two issues which can adversely affect the health of employees, as well as limiting productivity and business success.
Places at the Summit are free and will be limited to a first come first served basis.
