“Investment in the new offices is vital, to ensure we are able to meet demand and deliver our growth objectives as a firm. We have always been proud to be a local firm employing local staff with a team of fully qualified and Law Society accredited lawyers and support staff. Our expansion to Bridgend helps us build on our objective to meet with our clients face to face, enhancing the personal service that we aim to offer. To us clients are not just a number. We aim to build on our existing community links and to provide an excellent service every time. Our ethos is “big enough to know, small enough to care” – that we have law society accredited specialist lawyers, yet we are approachable and personal in our services. The new premises provide a great location, a new target market to develop and evolve our business and it gives us the opportunity to become a real part of the Bridgend community.”

“By working closely and really understanding the business and the sector, Barclays has been able to support Devonalds Solicitors financially and professionally throughout the investment project. This is a local Welsh practice, growing in a competitive sector, looking to expand and creating quality jobs within the local community.”

The new investment gives us access to a new geographical market and brings a beautiful building with a rich history which has been vacant for a number of years back into operation.”
