Cwmbran based Quality Solicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien employees Laura Selby and Paige Moseley have completed exams earning their LPC and STEP qualifications respectively.
Laura Selby, a partner within the Private Client Team at Quality Solicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien, has gained her Diploma in Trusts and Estates by completing the demanding series of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) exams.
This additional qualification provides clients with the assurance that the service they will receive is not only calling on Ms Selby’s first class technical experience but is also following a strict Code of Conduct that puts clients needs and requirements first. Ms Selby will now be admitted as a full member of the Society – something only very few local practitioners can boast.
Paige Moseley, who joined the firm earlier this year, completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC). This is the final vocational stage of becoming a solicitor in England and Wales and it is designed to provide a bridge between academia and in-house training. Ms Moseley not only completed the course with a Distinction but was also awarded the ‘Blake Morgan Prize’ for the best performing LPC student; this builds on her First Class Honours LLB Law Degree from the University of South Wales. Ms Moseley has now begun the next stage of her training.
Damian Lines, Partner and Head of the Private Client Department said;
“We are all incredibly proud of both Laura and Paige. Laura’s achievement shows the dedication that this firm has to promoting excellence and ensuring that our clients have the best advice available to them, we are thrilled with her success.
“As a result of Paige’s efforts and great achievement we are delighted that she has now commenced her Trainee Solicitor Contract with us and we look forward to her qualifying in the future.”
