Principality Building Society has appointed Sweetmans and Partners to help them develop their leadership team as they look to build on their success of delivering excellent customer service to more than half a million members.
Principality has set out to develop authentic managers and leaders to deliver the Society’s core values to help people prosper throughout their life. Sweetmans and Partners was founded in summer 2016 and already counts Acuity Legal, Boma, BPP, Capital Law, Darwin Gray, Geldards, Kaplan, Landmark and Wales Millennium Centre amongst its clients. The business specialises in people and business development services for the financial and professional services sector and purpose-led businesses. Its values and approach chime with those of Principality.
Commenting on their appointment, Director Rosie Sweetman, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to be working with the Principality Building Society to develop a team that not only has the skills, values and behaviours to lead and manage a commercially successful business, but one that also makes a positive difference to society.”
Mike Fenton, Head of Leadership Development and Talent, Principality, said:
“We’re an established business that has a strong connection with the communities of Wales. Our people have been key to our success, which is why we receive excellent feedback for our customer service, and they are central to our future plans. I was looking for a company who could truly demonstrate they understood our culture and direction – we found that in Sweetmans and we look forward to our partnership.”
