Cardiff-based digital agency and leading Sitecore partner, Kagool, has announced that its work has been recognised in two of this year’s prestigious Sitecore Experience Awards. Kagool’s work with two clients, including leading global provider of branded, designed surfacing solutions for commercial and residential customers, Formica Group, was celebrated in the annual competition, which celebrates outstanding work by companies using the Sitecore platform.
Formica Group’s website, developed by Kagool using the Sitecore technology, came out on top in the ‘Best Data-driven Website’ category. The new website showcases how the Sitecore Experience Database™ is used to track and analyse customer interactions, allowing Formica Group to gain insights that influence future marketing decisions and automate the delivery of personalised marketing messages in real-time. The website also enables visitors to order product samples and drives visitors to local Formica Group distributors.
The Sitecore Experience Awards highlight companies which demonstrate creativity in presentation, integration with rich data sources and applications, an ability to educate, inform and motivate to action, and a compelling overall user experience. The latest award wins bring the total of Sitecore Experience Awards Kagool has scooped for its work with clients over the past four years to seven, firmly cementing its position as one of the leading UK Sitecore partners and one of a small number of Sitecore Platinum Partners.
