Penarth based property developer, Loftco, welcomed the town’s mayor to open their newest development as the first newly installed tenants cheered on.

Simon Baston, Managing Director, welcomed the new tenants Genero Productions, Blues Electrical Services, DS Properties and Ticketsource. Commenting on opening the building for use with units already snapped up, Simon said:
