Are you looking to fund your next stage of growth? Are you considering external finance for your business, or have you already started your funding journey and are looking for some pointers? Whatever your situation, today’s complex funding landscape can be difficult and time-consuming to navigate.

Help is here. G has been created by Grant Thornton to support leaders of dynamic small businesses to achieve their growth ambitions.

The expert growth finance team at G has helped thousands of small businesses to prepare for raising equity and debt. G is hosting three events in Cardiff this June, which are designed to help you find out how to make your business finance-ready.

 READY. FUND. GROW

On June 7th at Orchard, meet the team from G and hear insights from a selection of experts from the funding world including Crowdcube, Finance Wales, Wealth Club and Omnio . The session will include insights from the UK funding scene and how to make impact with investors, and will be followed by an evening of networking with other like-minded business leaders.

 FUNDING CLINIC

On 8th June, G will be holding Funding Clinics at the offices of Finance Wales. Funding Clinics give business leaders the opportunity to access information they need quickly to broaden their knowledge of the routes available to raise finance. They are also an opportunity to find out further detail on the key things that investors look for and how to create compelling investment documents.

Attendees will be given the opportunity to have a free one-to-one consultation with an experienced member of the G Growth Finance team to discuss specific options for their business.

 MASTERCLASS: CREATE WINNING INVESTMENT DOCUMENTS

Designed specifically for small businesses, this intensive half-day masterclass, to be held on 8th June at the offices of Finance Wales, will help business leaders understand the key documents required when raising external debt and equity investment at different stages of a fundraising journey.  These documents demonstrate the growth potential of the business and play a part in helping investors decide whether the business is a sound investment.

This masterclass will provide an understanding of how to make documents stand out from the crowd and will also give an insight into the different approaches investors use to value a business.
