Cardiff-based nutrition firm, MSC Nutrition, has announced the signing of Paralympic sprinter Jordan Howe as the latest addition to the MSC Team.

The 21-year-old from Cardiff finished seventh in the T35 100m in London 2012, and also competed in Rio 2016 on behalf of Team GB. He will now join fellow athletes including Sam Quek MBE, Carl Frampton MBE, Joe Cordina and Joshua Kelly in representing Team MSC.

Jordan said:

“After a series of injuries in 2016 I was really concerned that my progress might be hindered and I may not have been able to compete in Rio 2016. For any athlete, that’s a major worry but thankfully I managed to bounce back thanks to the work of some incredible doctors and feel like my career is once again on an up.

“Signing with MSC Nutrition has made for a great start to 2017 as all products are Informed Sport tested and the use of supplements is guaranteed to be safe and transparent as I continue to work towards the future, therefore. The MSC team puts so much effort into every supplement provided and always go that extra mile to put a personal touch into whatever they do, and I’m really excited to be working with them going forward.”

MSC Nutrition has built a successful team of athletes across a variety of fields over the past several months, making it clear that as a company it exists to support athletes across all disciplines.

Nicky Edmonds, Director of MSC said:

“We’re so proud to now be supporting an array of elite athletes with incredible credentials behind them like Jordan. Over the past year in particular, Jordan has shown the world that he is a determined and resilient sportsman and I have no doubt he will continue to make significant progress in his field moving forward.

“At MSC, we work hard to ensure that athletes like Jordan are provided with the high performance supplements.  All products are Informed Sport tested and adhere to the strict guidelines of WADA. We also provide supplementation to a number of sports-led universities, as well as professional and semi-professional athletes and teams, so our products are always of the highest quality.”
