Constructaquote.com, a leading UK insurance broker, has announced a 72.5% pre-tax profit increase from £411k to £709k for the year ending 30 September, 2016.

The organic growth comes as a result of a pioneering and solid development strategy drive across its direct and wholesale insurance business.

Lyndon R. Wood, CEO, Constructaquote.com, said:

“The significant improvement in our financial numbers is clearly evidence that Constructaquote.com is moving in the right direction strategically and operationally. Our business is growing stronger and we are well positioned to continue investing in the short, medium and long term.”

Company turnover of the Caerphilly-based firm in South Wales jumped to £10.77m (2015: £7.77m) and administration expenses increased from £1.46m to £1.65m in 2016. Operating profit jumped to £663k compared to £348k in 2015.

“Innovation is a key driver in everything we do. My teams are building recurring revenues by growing our key accounts as we continue to provide business insurance, van insurance, public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance to both SMEs and large organizations,” said Wood.
